Sometimes you find yourself, in charge of coaching your son or daughter’s team, in addition of all the time you have to spend coaching, teaching, running, driving, you have to remind your players’ parents that: “today we have practice, don’t forget to bring plenty of water”, etc, etc. Would it be easier if you could send ONE message to a single email address and this message be delivered to ALL members of your team as email message, SMS text message, or both.
Here how it works:

• * The leader, coach, teacher, etc selects the email address to be used for delivering the message, for example: fc-girls-99@gottxt.com, rangers-boys-2000@gottxt.com, anything_the_coach_wants@gottxt.com.
• * Coach sends a message from his/her personal email address to the email address that was selected previously, for example: fc-girls-99@gottxt.com
• * All authorized members (parents of team members) that have decided what type of media they want to receive will get an email message to their inbox, a SMS text message to their cell phone, or both.
• * In seconds coach’s message will show at each member’s inbox, cell phone, or both.
• * If members of the team decide to reply or send a message to this team’s email address (fc-girls-99@gottxt.com) that message will be delivered to everyone in the team including the coach.

This will help you manage your time more efficiently.
